Here's a little slicer that I have for sale. Would work great as a bird and trout knife, or even as a little parer in the kitchen.
Made from Aldo's 15N20 steel. Handle scales are Desert Ironwood, with black carbon fibre pins for a very subtle look.
Hand stropped to a wicked edge.
The blade was hand finished to 1000 grit, then given a 600 satin finish.
OAL: 8"
Blade: 3 1/4"
Spine width: 1/16"
Height: 1" tall at the heel
