AEB-L steel, black micarta handles. Bought this as a spare, never took it out of the house. Amazing attention to detail. If you've never used AEB-l, it performs like 52100 but without the rust. DEK1 is a neat design, just big enough to be a great utility/survival knife while taking up minimal space on your belt. The sheath that comes with these is as good as it gets, perfect molding and retention. There is a faint scratch that I couldn't get to show up in photos on one side of the blade, it came that way I can barely see it in the stonewashed finish. SOLD $300 shipped SOLD

Bought this years ago and never used it. Great design by Michael Janich. Designed for use in a variety of grips, Has versatile TCCS sheath system. Super light knife that carries unbelievably flat. I have another one of these that I've been using for 10 years, and the AUS8 steel takes a great edge and holds it long enough to make it great for EDC chores. $100 shipped
