paypal fees are 2.9% + .30 USD... Several people are charging cost + add 4% for paypal, this is INCORRECT. Not just you either, many in the past few days I've seen..

Out of curiosity, what makes it "incorrect" to put 4% in an ad? It could say 10% in his ad and still be correct. Not to mention, when you go to withdraw that paypal payment, you are hit with further fees.

When you add the cost plus the 2.5%, you get charged on that total. Not just 2.5. Therefore it's actually more than 2.5%.
