Another catch and release, a really nice light folder from Boker Plus, beautiful designed spearpoint blade with a nice high grind, this opens via the jimping on the end of the tang of the blade, or you can pinch the blade and pull it open, and it opens and closes the smoothest of any folder I've ever handled, I'd swear there were bearings in there!
Now there are several types of these knives, it's a bit confusing, but this is the model with red maple scales, not the bog wood type, a lot of nice character in this wood.
Price shipped in the USA is $90... Price reduced to $80 shipped
Includes the nice Boker box as well as the tool for the pivot pin.
US Postal money order, sorry, no paypal and no trades on this, spending far too much money lately and my job was recently whacked pay wise, short and long of it, gave me an offer to quit and take severance, or take a cut in pay and a lesser job, at almost 59 had to stay with it, but the pay cut hurts! ok enough venting!
Here are some photos of the knife, I did take it to my Edge Pro, you can see the very nice mirror polished edge, used up to the 8k stone, very nice edge.
you can see the reflection from the overhead light fixture, it's a wagon wheel with lights, so you can see the spokes of the wheel reflected on the blade and edge.
Lockup is nice and solid
