THIS IS SOLD
Hello all
All pics and a video can be found HERE
All standard rules apply, first "I'll take it" gets it. You know the drill.
I have for sale a Boos Blades Aero Mini. I bought this knife new when it was released a couple of years ago. I have since carried it many times, although it has not gotten a crazy amount of use. The blade does not really show any wear in terms of scratches; the stonewash hides all that nicely. Likewise, the handle is in very good shape. The only really noticeable area with wear is the clip, which has some scratches from carrying. I have tried my best to highlight all of these areas in pics. The action is pretty solid, although it is definitely possible to misfire. As long as you have either a little bit of a push-button flip or decent speed when moving your finger down, it is no problem at all and very fun to play with. It is also good for a middle finger flick.
I have sharpened it once to a mirror polish and stripped it since. I just gave it a quick strop and it is very, very sharp. The edge is nice and consistent (I think at 15 degrees, but I could be wrong), except for right down at the heel of the blade. At the heel, the sharpening choil is ever so slightly too short, so there is some very slight funky-ness there; but it really is not bad at all, at least not enough for me to bother extending the choil. Again, I have tried my best to highlight all of the faults in pics.
I really like this knife and it is an excellent EDC. Very light, good clip, unobtrusive, and a nice thin blade!
The knife will only come with the original case that is pictured.
The price for this one is $170==>$160==> SOLD CONUS via PayPal G&S
Thanks,
- Daniel
P.S. Yes, I know this is way too long and wordy... I don't know how it happened either
