These are the better set, the Bowers & Wilkins P5 with very soft ear pad covers that are also held in place with magnets, very comfortable and excellent sound quality, of course!

Comes complete with the carry pouch, extra headphone cable and 1/4" gold plated plug adapter. The cord that is on the headphones now has a volumne control with built in mic too, the extra cable is a plain jane cable if you don't care to use the fancier one.
