This is a Backpocket Trapper made by Bret Dowell. 4.25" closed, blade is ATS-34 and hollow ground, scales are jigged bone with a black-ish/brown-ish/red-ish/orange-ish range of color to them. Very amazing dye job. Knife has stainless liners, pins and rat-tailed bolster. Never used or carried, still sports Bret's flawless edge.
