This has been mounted on a rifle and stored in a safe, with the lens cover on, for 99% of it's life. Took it to the range to zero once, and that's it. It is in excellent condition--like new, or maybe 9.5/10. Lenses are scratch free and clean. The body is in excellent shape. There's some locktite debris you might see on the pic of the underside. I do not have the box, but everything it came with is pictured.
