The pictures tell it all. I got this last week and it is just not my think. Blade looks clean, handle has great ergonomics. I am not sure what the coating is but it is awesome, tough! I don't really see any signs. of wear. All in all it is a great knife. but not for me. Please ask questions and look at the pictures closely. I am asking what I paid.

I am not really sure. I know when I looked this knife up that was the spec, but I don't know if they offered it with other steel.

Yes. With that logo, this is SR101. Great knives.
