Hi Corey.L! It's 5mm thick. The short test of this knife you can see at my YT channel if you are interested how though it is. Also at my last video there I show the inside structure of 80CrV2. I always heat treat it the same way.Hi, lovely piece and I was wondering how thick it was? Also if it could be used in contact with bones (animal not human lol) without chipping like most knives
