Heat treated rapped in s.s foil by me in a heat treat oven . Double tempered to 59 -60 hrc.
BLADE THICKNESS .1875 IN.

ADVICE: buy before the price goes up!! I just received mine and it exceeds expectations. Nice heft, nice blade, and unbelievably easy to open with my thumb. I'm waiting to see different models because they are sure to be on my want list.
