Probably not something that comes up here every day. I bought this directly from AGA Campolin last year. It has some issues that I wasn't happy with, which Campolin attributed to "hand-made craftsmanship". They weren't willing to replace it so it has just sat in a drawer, but I think I should pass it on to someone who will enjoy it more.
The good: strong fire and tight lockup, no wobble. Ebony handles look and feel great. Blade is full and unsharpened. Safety works fine. Overall excellent condition with just a scratch here and there.
The bad: The point of the blade is peeking a bit when closed. Centering of the blade isn't very good. See pics.
The ugly: one of the four guards at the bolster is oddly thinner in width than the others, see pic. The shield shaped "pick lock" portion of the backspring is rather roughly finished where the blade locks up.
Comes with a Campolin leather pouch, which I don't believe has any purpose whatsoever.
I paid $305 originally, so now have priced accordingly at SOLD, shipped within USA.
