I picked up this kitchen knife here about three weeks ago (original sales thread). The original owner said it's used only twice. I used it once, cutting some beef. This is a beautiful knife that is made in high quality, by one of Carter's apprentices (Adam) I believe. One of the pictures below shows the specs but once again, the blade is 200mm (~8") made of Hitachi White #1 core with 410 stainless steel cladding; the handle is made of Arizona desert ironwood with Arctic blue kirinite and G10 liners. There might be some very light wear on the cladding and some patina on the core steel (White #1 is very reactive) but the knife is in excellent condition. I'm letting it go because it feels a bit too delicate and small to my liking and I've decided to stick to my longer Japanese knives. Knives ship free lists this exact knife for $455. I am selling it for SOLD (firm) to your CONUS address, with payment through Zelle, USPS money order, or PayPal F&F only. The knife will be shipped via USPS priority and the buyer's signature may be required.
