I have for sale today one of my Case 62024 1/2 bare head jacks. I love these little jacks, perfect size for EDC, but I have a fondness for the XX era. These hard to find 'red bone' Case XX jacks were manufactured from 1957 until 1967 from what I find in 'Collecting Case Knives'. The tang stamp on this reads CASE XX/U.S.A. which puts its date of manufacture between 1965 and 1969. I purchased this knife as unused in the box, and have not used nor sharpened it. It has some spots inside the blade wells, but that is all I can see. I tried to capture all angles in the photos. The knife is solid with good snap open and closed on both blades, which have 1/2 stops. It is a solid knife.
This beauty has 'red jigged' bone handles. I tried to capture the reddish brown adequately in my photos. The blades are carbon steel and take a really nice edge from my experience with Case steel. It has nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. The clip blade measures 2 3/8" from the bolster, and the pen blade 1 5/8". It measures 3" closed. It comes with the box and wrapping paper.
Price for the knife is $100. I will ship USPS First Class (bubble mailer) with tracking included in the price. PayPal only, I will eat any fees. CONUS only. No trades. First 'I'll Take It' posted in this thread gets the knife.
Thank you for looking!
