Hello Everybody,
I hope to sell my late husband (Stan's) knives in stages. He left lots of them. From what I can tell, they include folders, neck knives, and fixed blades.
I'm new to knives and this forum so please be patient with me. I'll try to check the forums at least a few times a day. Please be patient while I get back to you.
NOTE: Please, all correspondence should be through the forums. It's easier for me.
For those on this forum who have already bought one, I'm glad Stan's knives are finding a good home. Thank you very much.
And a big thank you to those who have continued helping me with identification and other tips.
Please be 21 to purchase and know your local knife laws. All prices include shipping, insurance, tracking and good packaging.
Continental US only, please.
*********I reserve the right to sell to whomever I choose, but generally speaking the first “I’ll take it” here from
*********a PAID member of the forum (for over a year) followed by a PM gets the knife.
*********Paypal (Goods and Services) is the ONLY method for all sales. NO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
This forum is filled with good members and they should have some measure of protection for all their hard work in keeping it going.
Please DO NOT state knives, blades, manufacturer, model numbers or anything that identifies they are buying a blade in the Paypal comments.
Paypal will deny funds transfer and ultimately ban the seller as I'm told by a very helpful forum member.
I do want to thank ALL the forum members who have offered tips and advice to me. You have helped so much.
Please PM for Paypal info. Thanks in advance for your patience. -Laurie

The Seahorse Whittler, an exclusive knife to Case, was introduced in the spring of 2002. Case got the idea from their forefathers at Joseph Rodgers and Son from Sheffield, England. Their knife, the Wharncliffe Whittler, was named after a noble Englis Patron by the name of Lord Wharncliffe, Case got the name for their knife from the unique shape of the handle which is similar to the curved shape of a seahorse. The Wharncliffe blade, which is crafted from heavy-guage steel and is the master in the whittler configuration, lies alone at one end of the knife. Detail work is also accomplished with the coping and pen blades that rest on the opposite end of the knife.
