As is, as pictured. Light scratches on Pommel and something that appears to be glue (don't know if Case uses glue on stacked leather) on one small spot on the handle. I tried to picture these small defects best I could. Came from the factory like that. Never used sharpened or carried. Comes with box, leather sheath and paperwork. 5 x's and 1 dot make this from 2014 but box date says 2015.
