I have for sale today one of my Case 62024 1/2 bare head jacks. I love these little jacks, perfect size for EDC, but I have another. These hard to find 'red bone' Case XX jacks were manufactured from 1957 until 1967 from what I find in 'Collecting Case Knives'. When I purchased this knife the very tip of the clip blade was bent, which I have sharpened out. The pen side handle had a faint crack near the rear most pin, which wasn't a problem but I worked a little super glue into it. I show a close up of this area. It has some rust spots inside the blade wells. I use Tri-Flow to clean and lubricate. The knife is solid with good snap open and closed on both blades, which have 1/2 stops. It is a solid knife with many years of use left.
This beauty has 'red jigged' bone handles. I tried to capture the reddish brown adequately in my photos. The blades are carbon steel and take a really nice edge. It has nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. The clip blade measures 2 3/8" from the bolster, and the pen blade 1 5/8". It measures 3" closed.
Price for the knife is $60. I will ship USPS First Class (bubble mailer) with tracking included in the price. PayPal only, I will eat any fees. CONUS only. No trades. First 'I'll Take It' posted in this thread gets the knife.
Thank you for looking!
