SOLD - Case XX Stag "HAMMERHEAD" Sportsman Lockback Folding Knife

Here’s a very nice folder I have for sale. It’s a 1980 Case Stag "HAMMERHEAD " Sportsman Lockback Folding Knife Model 5159LSSP 10 Dot. It looks to be Brand New Never Used but I bought it second hand so I’ll just say it looks to be “Mint”. It has nice Genuine India Stag handles that are gorgeous have lots of character. The bolsters are brass and the rear front one has Case on it. This knife is a very robust knife and when you hold it in your hand you know you are holding a quality knife. The blade is made from Stainless Steel and is etched "HAMMERHEAD" with a picture of a Hammerhead Shark. The blade is satin finished. The front tang is stamped: CASE XX - .....SS..... USA. It’s my understanding that the "SS" in the "Lighting" "SS" designates the date to be a 1980 knife. The knife is 5" to the rear tip of the brass bolster long when closed and 8 1/4" long when fully open. The blade is 3 5/8" long. The knife comes with a genuine brown leather sheath with Case embossed in the top flap. The knife also comes in the factory Case Hammerhead box and all original paperwork. . A really beautiful old knife.
NOTE: The box and paperwork do show their age with slight discoloring but no tears or rips
