Civivi Stormridge with special horizontal adapter and bobtail fob. The leather adapter allows you to remove the sheath quickly as well as returning it to your belt without having to undo your belt.
I don't have the box, but the knife will ship neatly packed. What you see is how it will arrive to you. Edge has been touched up a little and is razor sharp.
