Hello forum members, today I have a Cliff Carter Diver available! Specs below, posted elsewhere as well. Thank you for following my work, it is truly appreciated!
Steel: Lc200n
Rc: 59.5
Thickness: .24”
OAL: 9”
Cutting Edge: 4.5”
Weight: 10.75oz naked, 14.5oz sheathed
Handle: Rock pattern dayglow G10 with black G10 liners. Titanium corby bolts and carbon fiber tubes. Exposed beveled crusher pommel.
Finish: Machine Belt Satin
Sheath: Kydex, multiple drainage holes and tube, tek-lok included.
Video at end, oil on handle and blade
This is an incredibly beefy, rustproof dive knife that I designed in conjunction with feedback from several close friends who log a lot of hours under the water. Every piece of this knife was designed with performance and task accomplishment in mind. The main edge is ground decently thin for normal cutting chores, while the tip is left a bit stout for potential piercing needs.
I’ve discounted this one a bit because I grazed the knife with my bandsaw blade as I was cutting the heads off the corby bolts (titanium is hell to cut through). The bandsaw blade snapped and left a few surface scratches near the makers mark which I tried to show in the video. Otherwise, I’m incredibly pleased with how this one turned out!
If you have any questions, please let me know! This one is $SOLD shipped, US only. PayPal preferred, thank you!
