This is one of my Cocaire slicers. A long skinny knife great for slicing in the kitchen. The blade is .090" Elmax stainless at 62 HRC. It has a full flat grind with a machine finish. The handle is stabilized wenge with great chocolate-brown tones. The handle hardware is stainless steel.
OAL 11-7/8" Blade 6-3/4"
