I cut a single sheet of paper when it arrived, otherwise never carried, never used, never sharpened. Blade is perfect, very sharp, no chips or dings, and is centered. I would call it new, except there is a very tiny bit of wear to finish on lock release (see photo). Comes with right-handed belt clip installed, left-handed clip included.
