When Paypal asks for a full name when I'm checking out, it's usually because I've misspelled the seller's name or when I type it in I mistakenly substitute the wrong email provider like @gmail.com when it should've been @hotmail.com, or even putting a .com when I should've put .net instead.

So check and double check all that and you should be gtg.
