Hi all,
I have a new profile up for sale tonight that I've dubbed the "Loin Killer". It's my take on the "Lion Killer" that Pop's Knife Supply posted on their website. I doubt you have any lions in your neighborhood but you might have a tenderloin or two that you need sliced up.
The handle is K&G stabilized, black dyed, lightly curly Koa that has really nice chatoyance.
SPECS:
OAL: 10.25" (260mm)
BLADE: 5.75" (145mm) long, 1.125" (28mm) heel height. It has been hand finished to 400grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.12" (2.5mm) CPM 154CM stainless steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized, black dyed, lightly curly Koa with natural micarta and white G10 liners and natural micarta pins.
