>>> SOLD <<< These are the 2nd version back spacer... they incorporate the use of the MXG Gear Ti stepped lanyard pin (not included) which is the fixation point to prevent the spacer from rotating about the stock circular back spacer.

These were developed using a Large 21 Insingo and work with that model... however I have NOT proven they will fit the drop point Sebenza. By default the Insingo has a larger blade profile and the back spacer should also accommodate the drop point. Until I can actually determine that for myself... I will not state that they fit a Sebenza.

These are CNC machined from 1 X 1 checkerboard LVA carbon fiber.

There are two available from the short initial run of three. The third back spacer has been installed in the loaner knife and has been sent to its owner.

Again... these back spacers also require the MXG Gear Ti stepped lanyard pin (not included) pictured below for installation.

My mxg pin hit the blade on my sebenza insingo blade, was not happy!

I've had this discussion previously with regards to the back spacer I machine for the Small.

CRK CNC water jets their blade blanks... every one starts life identical. Each blade is also CNC honed and CNC hollow ground... and as good as they are at that... there exists the expectation that each blade will be identical. Even with my limited experience with CRK knives... I have encountered fliers where the blade profile differs from the 99.9 percentile. Each of these fliers edge profiles has been slightly larger and a blade strike issue occurred.

That's a puzzler and a huge frustration when you use a single example of a knife to develop a new product... in my case the back spacer.

Is the blade that I'm using to create the required machining files one of the 99.9 percentile OR is it a flier...? I absolutely try to do the best job I am capable of and I'm certain MXG Gear strives for that too. No vendor wants to produce a product that might garner a bad reputation. That is capital suicide.

Not making excuses for your experience with the MXG Gear lanyard pin... just attempting to educate as to a possible cause.
