SOLD CRK Large Inkosi

Hey everyone,

I have a, pretty much, brand new Chris Reeve Large Inkosi. I got it a few weeks ago, carried it a couple times, and decided I wanted something else. The clip shows some very minor signs of wear, and for that I have a brand new clip you can use to replace it if it bothers you as you will see below, otherwise there are zero signs of wear. I have all of the packaging, papers, etc. Asking for $OLD, willing to trade for a Hinderer XM-18 Fatty Harpoon Tanto. He is talking about a detent ramp. It is a cutout on the blade tang to ease the detent ball onto the tang via a ramp rather than that the ball needing to jump onto the tang.

Not exactly, it is a groove all the way across the lock face of the blade tang that the detent ball falls into upon lockup. Like this:

Thanks, I guess it's clear I am a "novice" here. So, no, it does not appear to have that groove.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe all "groove" Large Inkosi were born on June 1, 2016. They only did one run of them, and all the ones I've seen have that same birthday. That should be a pretty easy way to tell. 👍🏻

i have one with the groove, it's prob the knife that disengages the smoothest out of all my knives, but I'm not certain that has anything to do with it
