$SOLD CRKT CEO Compact: I used this literally for office meeting carry, blade was used maybe once or twice. A lot of times I moved it to inside my pocket hence the wear on the scales. Functionally, its great...great little flipper. Blade is sharp and is basically in mint condition. Honestly, CRKT will probably warranty the knife if you want to go down that route if the scale wear bugs you. OR you could just rub it all off and have darker scales : )
