Id say used because its been handled and not in new condition, but I dont think its ever cut anything or been carried. 7" recurve double edge combat blade. Im not 100% but I think its O1 steel. Really cool knife just doesnt fit my hand. Sheath with many carry options, all accessiories and trainer blade included. Secure sheath. Really great package for the price.
