The CRKT Lake's PAL folder is in absolutely pristine condition. Opens/closes smoothly, locks up solidly, blade is centered. The button lock works well. Comes with original box.
I've looked around and this knife does not appear to be available anywhere from anyone.

The Zulu and Air scales can be had for free if you buy the CRKT. If not, it's $15 for the Zulu scales and $10 for the Air scale, I pay paypal fees and USPS priority shipping. If you buy all scales it's $20. (The Zulu scales are mint, the Air scale is a little worn.)
