Do you happen to know who makes the case for that knife, like is there a label inside with the manufacturer's name? That looks like a great little knife case, I'd like to get a few of those for mine.

I agree. Very cool pouch. There is no tag. I don't know who does the work for Dave Curtiss. Sorry.
