Here is another vintage PEXTO ball peen hammer that went through a total beautification process. The handle is a work of art...the chatoyance in the grain is outstanding! Made from a piece of fancy grade European walnut in the shop that has been unused for years and finally got it's chance to shine. Padauk wedge holds the head secure...The finish is original 'Tried and True' and is simply buttery smooth in the hand...The result, IMHO, is a beautiful tool...almost too pretty use. Total weight is 15.2 ozs. Length is 11" overall...this will be the most beautiful hammer in your tool box.
