This unique blade was the first prototype of a new Line of knives I am désigning (and have no idea if they will ever become real só far) but the final idea got very far from it so this one is a unique piece.
It is a Big knife with a 52100 steel blade almost 9” long and the long handle with its stabilized Walnut slabs makes it very well balanced. The blade design was inspired by the jinari Japanese kitchen knife, with is pretty rare to see. It ended up being nicknamed the “Cutting Board Monster”.
