Here is one I forged out of medium layer damascus. I made the damascus out of 1095 and 15N20, and it is about 70 layers. It has been polished and etched. I also ground a nice deep fuller.

The handle is desert ironwood. I faceted the edges and sculpted it to fit the hand well. It is held in place with g-flex epoxy and pins.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather. It holds the knife well and allows for easy draw.

Dimensions
Blade - 4 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 9 7/8"
