SOLD!
German style chef’s knife with a 21cm (around 8”) long “arrowhead” pattern damascus (forged from 15n20 and 1080 steels by my friend Junior from DJR Cutelaria) steel blade and octagon shaped handle made from a Beautiful piece of Arizona ironwood with détail in jacarandá da Bahia.
Its the first time I use this damasacus pattern. Originally, the ironwood handle was for another project but this combination of blade and handle worked so nicely I decided to assemble them togheter.
