This comes with a protective soft case. This is a manual, DDR Madd Maxx III with a 3" blade, a Dagger Grind and a Mammoth Bone Inlay. The clip is set for tip up carry. When carried tip up, the knife "waves" open as easily or better than any waved Emerson. The clip allows the knife to ride low in the pocket so all you see is the clip. The clip and waving the knife open don't do any damage to the pockets. There are carry marks on the titanium frame so it doesn't look brand new there. I'm sure a trip over to Darrel's would make it look good as new. The blade is is very good shape. I have sharpened it, I kept the original edge angle. I really just polished the edge. I haven't done any serious cutting with it, it has mostly just been carried around in the pocket. On the opposite side of the DDR logo on the blade, it's inscribed "#5", though you can't see it from the picture. Not quite sure what that means, but I imagine it's a good thing. No trades, need the dough. It's the only reason I'd sell this one. Ordering one like this from Darrel would cost around $700+. Asking $550 $530 $510 SOLD $435 OBO. Sorry for the crappy pics.
