Hey guys, you're probably not used to seeing me post in this forum so frequently :o, but I have another knife available this evening. This is yet another new design (don't worry, I think I only have one more new design to show you), and this one is a bit funky. It isn't for everyone, but something about it I really like, and I hope a couple of you do too!

I'm asking $SOLD shipped inside the US for this one.

Specs:
OAL-7 11/16"
Blade Length-about 3 1/4"
Steel-5/32" CPM3v heat treated by Peters Heat Treating to 61 hrc
Handle Material-Orange g10
Pins-G11 pin and a g10 tube
Sheath-Leather horizontal belt sheath made by my dad
Acid stonewashed finished blade

Pics:

Thanks for looking, any comment are appreciated, I would really like to hear what you think of this design:),
Drew

OK so I'm a new member of the forums, but certainly not new to knives. I find this knife appealing with the only exception(albeit minor) being the orange scales..with that longish belly this knife would work for me as a skinner, and all around camp knife. She looks like she'd hold up to camp kitchen chores as well. Back to the scales, I would love to see something like ironwood or cocobola. That said the orange scales might make it harder to misplace....again I'm new to blade forums so what do I know? Well I like this one none the less.

Really like this design Drew, looks like a nice ramp to place your thumb on for hard work, would like to see a taper tang though. Keep up the great work, time is getting short

As a maker myself, I find this design very cool. A little Nessie influence maybe, and I also think it would make a righteous skinner also. I like the scales, I won't lose it!! Good job!

I agree with Varga..I like the design a lot save for the orange scales.
Granted, liking the design is a lot more important BC the scales can be changed.

Good comments here - I too dig the design & think Drew is one of the most fearless young makers operating today...Drew, just yesterday, the mailman delivered your 3v bird&trout in green micarta (I think you made it last year) I bought from a great member here this week & I LOVE it!! It's surprisingly light, it's got your famous oversized G10 pins, & one of your Dad's scout carry sheaths which suits the knife flawlessly - thank you for making that knife, & all the inspired work you do!

Thanks, yea a taper tang would be great on this, may have to try it one day.
