This DEK3 has the sharpened tip+ sharpened spine options. This knife is like a dagger with a tanto for the back edge, and the blade is dropped, its hollow ground very thin behind the edge, for enhanced cooking. The tip is perfectly aligned for stabbing various cheeses and ingredients. This one is in Magnacut with Nathan’s optimized heat treat protocol.
