Timberland logo on the handle. I'm going to call this used since I don't have the box and it's been sitting in a toolbox with other multi-tools but there isn't any wear that I can see on the tools or blades. It has not been cleaned or polished.

It has a clip. I'll add a second scan in a second. ...without a clip, the "SideClip" would be just a "Side" ;)
