Picked this up just before Christmas last year, nice knife, very nice and handy size but funds are being needed, January syndrome?

this is only sold through Knife Works, here's the info from their site about the knife;

Blade Material CPM S30V hardened to 58-60 HRC
Blade Length 4.5 in. (11.43 cm)
Blade Thickness 0.140 in. (3.56 mm)
Blade Shape Drop Point
Blade Grind High Flat grind with 30º inclusive edge, 7º bevel
Overall Length 9.1 in. (23.1 cm)
Handle Thickness 0.67 in. (17 mm) max
Weight 5.7 oz. (161.6 g)
Tang Style Full, extends past handle material at rear, lanyard hole
Handle Material Black G10 Composite
Sheath Multi-carry Ballistic Nylon w/ molded ABS Liner

Also includes a custom leather sheath of my own making, it has an extra thick welt that makes for a larger opening, making it very easy to return the knife back to the sheath without much fuss, also as you return the knife to the sheath, the guard on the knife snaps into a notch made in the welt to aid in retention.

Here are some recent photos of the knife and the leather sheath, I wasn't too impressed with the regular sheath that came with it, but that will be included.

Price shipped in the USA is $185, US Postal money order or check if I know you, I do not have paypal...

Edited to add, not looking for any trades and price is firm, BUT, if you want just the knife and the original sheath, I would sell that for $150 shipped in the USA, so you wouldn't get the handy leather sheath at that price...

I've since changed out the para cord, it has a monkey's fist near the end of the handle to aid in drawing the knife out, so the skull and cord you see here is not included now

The leather is some that was left over from a motorcycle saddle bag project that my daughter gave me a bag of scraps from, it is dyed black through and through and has some water resistant coating on already, not my usual leather that I make folder sheaths with, but it was thicker than my regular leather and so I just used that to make this sheath, so the edging isn't what you'd normally see on my sheaths, but, it's quite a solid sheath, just not fancy ;)

Here' a shot taken a few minutes ago showing the monkey's fist knot of para cord, also you can see how the extra layers of the welt helps provide an good size opening to return the knife back to the sheath;
as you can see, a knot maker I am Knot...;) but, it gives a good purchase to pull the knife from the sheath...
