I have Spyderco Dragonfly 2 with black handles. It is in very good shape. I am the second owner, and did touch up the edge on the KME--it is now very nice and sharp. This is in very nearly new condition. I would say A-. There might be some signs of use if you examine it REALLY closely in the right light. Great little knife!
