• Steel: Alpha Knife Supplied 0.170" 8670 Carbon Steel
• Heat Treat procedure: PID Controlled old Paragon Kiln. Soaked at 1530F for 8 minutes,quenched in warm Canola (130F), 2x 1hr tempers at 375F water cool in between tempers.
• Grind: Flat Grind
• Finish: Ferric Chloride Acid Etched, some stone tumbled, then polished with 2500grit cloth
• Sharpening: initial edge set on belt grinder, then 25degree Lanksy from extra coarse to extra fine stone, leather stropped
• Handle: Masecraft Supply Blue Canyon Richlite, textured
• Pins: Black G10 Rod, aluminum lanyard hole
• Jimping: 20 lines per inch Checkering file
• Sheath: Dangler style, Fixed belt loop, 7/9 oz vegetable tanned shoulder, saddle tan dye, black edge, treated with Nikwax, tankote on interior
