Gentlemen,
I've got a good one up for sale today. Make your hunting buddies jealous when you're dressing your trophy buck with this CruForgeV/15N20 Damascus and Amboyna Burl drop point hunter. The Damascus was made by Salem Straub, one of the finest bladesmiths out there. If you're not familiar withCruForgeV, it has Vanadium added for better wear resistance which will add up to better edge holding than most carbon steels out there. The Amboyna burl is exhibition quality and was stabilized by K&G. The guard is carbon fiber with an orange glow-in-the-dark segment.
SPECS:
OAL: 8.75"
BLADE: 3.5" long, 1.125" wide. It has been hand finished to 800 grit and etched in FeCl. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.009" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.13" CruForgeV/15N20 Damascus steel heat treated to RC62.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized Amboyna burl with carbon fiber guard and black and white spacers and black carbon fiber pin.
SHEATH: Pouch style leather
