Up for sale only is a beautiful and well-built Dulo Knives Puukko in used condition.
This custom knife features a blade with K390 steel core @ 63Rc laminated with N690 stainless steel, box elder burl handle, and brass bolster and pommel. 4.72" blade, 9.25" overall, .169" blade thickness.
I'm the second owner. The original owner ordered directly from the maker and waited 7 mos for completion. I have used it for wood processing around the yard and campfire. You will see some wear on the blade, patina on the brass, and wear to the sheath. The N690 cladding is nicely polished and shows minor resin staining near the tip and light scratches from use, mostly on the shoulder of the main bevel. However, this knife has not seen a whole lot of action and has a lot of life left. The handle, pommel, and bolster are solidly attached to the tang and show no signs of moving. This is a solidly-built piece. Beautifully laminated and etched blade. Never sharpened, only stropped, but could use a sharpening as the edge is starting to show some rough spots - rolling and microchipping but nothing that wouldn't come out in a quick sharpening. Please see detailed photos. I did my best to capture the flaws but I found it very hard to photograph the mirror finish.
Comes with a dangler style leather back-sewn sheath.
Asking$295 $275 SOLD shipped.
First unconditional "I'll take it" or variation thereof - whether via DM or posted in this thread - reserves the first opportunity to purchase the knife. I prefer payment via PayPal FF, and will accept Zelle and USPS money order. Knives will ship the same or next business day via USPS Priority Mail, tracked and insured. US only.
