Greetings BFFs, here are two EDChefs, the first in 15N20 to be offered on the exchange. They have done well in AEB-L and 1084, and I expect these ones in 15N20 to perform at least as well. They are thin, both in blade stock and in grind, as well as light due to a slot in the tang and the nice light handle material.

I have been very impressed with 15N20, both in terms of what it has done in blades I have tested, as well as what other makers have written about it on this forum and elsewhere. Long story short, it is tough, fine grained, and takes about the sharpest edge I have ever found any steel to get, on par with, if not better than AEB-L and even H1. These two puppies are scary sharp, and I'm not just saying that. That's on top of being zero ground.

These would make great gifts for just about anyone, male or female, young or old, knife knut or just getting their feet wet.

Specs
Steel: 15N20

Geometry: Full flat (ground freehand, so it's probably more like a very subtle convex), zero grind, with 20° microbevel

Overall Length: 8"
Cutting Edge Length: 4 1/8"

Weight: 3.2 oz

Handle: Mexican Bocote

Sheath: No sheath, or add Kydex or Boltaron for $ if you think this knife will travel outside your kitchen sometimes.

Special features: All EDChefs feature radiused spines and finger guards for comfort.

SOLD, via PayPal G&S to the email address I will provide in private messaging (not the one in my sig). First to post "I'll take it" gets priority.

Thanks for looking!
