EDMUND DAVIDSON FULL INTEGRAL SUBHILT
From my collection comes this full integral Edmund Davidson subhilt. This is one seriously fine piece, so many of which are in exclusive, private collections. Only a few makers worldwide can duplicate the quality build of an Edmund Davidson integral knife. If you aren't aware of his work, buy the book about him, written by Dr. David Darom, and educate yourself about knives.
Overall length 13.5", blade 8", 440-C, handle insets of micarta/G-10 of almost black color, with a hint of the deepest burgundy/darkgreen. Bottom line, looks black to most people. Gorgeous integral design from the mind and hands of Edmund Davidson. You can find a comparable for this knife at an "Arizona" online dealer that is identical to this piece, but with a blade half the size - selling for $4500. Edmund's price for this upon delivery December 27, 1994 was $2500. He now charges $5000. Lefty or righty? No problem, there are two Edmund Davidson sheaths included, one for each side.
$XXXX, shipping included (CONUS). If I've bought a piece "right", I don't try to "squeeze" every bit of worth out of it like some do, thus the exceptional value pricing. First "I'll take it" gets it. North American buyers only. l'll happily address any and all questions if sent to me via Blade Forums private message (pm), to assure quicker reply. Payment via Paypal, personal checks accepted if I know you, Western Union accepted/required from foreign buyers with whom I have previously (and successfully) transacted.
