SOLD is a low number Emerson CQC-12 SFS Comrade MF (Military Folder) #0015. Emerson's first Framelock, 2004 manufacture date. New in Box, never used, carried or sharpened. Opens fast and smooth, locks up tight and centered, closes with a slight preference for the G-10 side but no rub marks on the blade and no blade contact with the G-10.

The blade shape of this knife was inspired by the AKM bayonet, which was a radical redesign of the original AK-47 bayonet.

Stone washed, satin-finished partially serrated 3.9" blade with bead blasted Titanium Framelock.

Of interest is that the bead blast finish on the Titanium Framelock of this knife is usually found on CQC-12s with black coated blades. The CQC-12 SFS with Stone washed / Satin finished blades is more commonly found with the shiny, polished finish on the Titanium framelock. I think the grey bead blast finish is much more attractive than the bright, shiny finish.

Materials:
Handles: G-10
Liner: 6AL 4V Titanium
Blade: Serrated 154CM
Finish: Satin

Specifications:
Overall Length: 8.85 in.
Blade Length: 3.900 in.
Blade Thickness: .125 in.
Hardness: 57-59 RC
Weight: 4.6 oz.

This is a Big knife, yet due to the Titanium framelock it is quite thin, and fits the hand extremely well in both forward and reverse grips. It is much lighter than it looks, and feels very good and solid in hand.
