This is a catch and release for me. I'm calling it used by the patina looking marks on the edge of the blade and there is a scratch in the coating that does not look like it came from sheath insertion. The edge still seems to be factory sharp and not much, if any use on it. All I did was add the paracord to the lanyard hole and to the sheath. The intent of it on the sheath is for horizontal and vertical carry.
