Finally found a milled/slotted neut so passing along this beauty 
. OD green NF liner lock neutralizer. Awesome config and honestly action wise I prefer it to the frame lock ones. I just really like the milling on the other guy.
Second owner. Prior owner lightly cut and carried with it and I did neither. Can’t find a blemish on here.
