Hey guys! As per my last posts, i still have some knives i was expecting to introduce in the knife show here in Brazil but as i had to reschedule my participation for now, im putting this one as available too.
A 52100 steel 140mm chef knife from my ultra laser series with a very special combination of handle and saya out of kingwood.
The most special detail of this knife is the fact that both handle and saya were made out of the same single piece of kingwood, making its grain pattern matching for both.
Precisely fitting both was a nightmare and took me hours and hours
They do match not only in 2D but also in 3D
The ultra laser grind for the best slicing experience. Almost a zero grind - it will sharpen really really fast and easy
Fully rounded and polished spine & choil for a better experience of use - comfort guaranteed
91 grams overall for a 140mm blade - fast, precise and easy to use by anyone in your house
Blade is delivered hand sharpened to 2000 grit.
