Hey guys! There is something magical with ebony and a satin finish blade i cannot understand.
While most of people choose 8" for regular use on kitchen, i believe 6" is the best choice for small preps/meals for 2~3 people.
For bigger meals/preps, it is the perfect match to complete the 8 or 10" chef knife.

It has 95 grams overall - extremely easy and fast to control

This collection of knives from me is focused on a very aggressive grind, it will slice food in such way that prepping meals will be therapeutical.

The thickness behind the edge is so thin that my camera do not even focus on it perfectly.
The ebony (actually african blackwood) is polished, this material is REALLY amazing.
Every single detail on this knife has been done carefully - perfectly polished and rounded spine & choil for your better comfort.

It will come in a nice zipped pouch

Family shot - the other are sold - feel free to custom order one with a nice unique handle, i got a lot of nice handle materials to choose (more than 20 options)

Blade is out of 52100 heat treated to 61~62HRC - 2,3mm thickest point on the spine - 6" blade
Handle in african blackwood, needless to say this wood is extremely durable, beautiful and has a lot of history on its name. If you ever enjoyed those luxury classical pianos with those beautiful jet black tiles, those were out of ebony while the white ones were most of the time ivory. This was probably the heaviest inspiration on this one since i do enjoy a lot pianos.
This knife is pretty much all you will need to most of preps when cooking for one~three people.
By taking this knife, you will be able to score next knives in similar styles in the future from me with nice prices for increasing your collection - this is something my customers love!
SOLD$ Shipped - im in Brazil and i DONT take Paypal (for lots of reasons). I can offer tons of references (most of them based on US).

Hope you enjoy it and please feel yourself welcome to visit my website fvazknives.com
Thank you and have a nice day everyone.
